Colby Lennon

Colby Lennon
Colby is a dedicated fitness professional with a lifelong passion for sports and fitness. Having played soccer throughout his life at Wahconah Regional High School and in various competitive clubs, Colby also attended UMass Amherst, where he played club soccer and pursued a background in kinesiology. With over a decade of experience in weightlifting and a love for snowboarding, Colby brings a well-rounded understanding of physical fitness. As a certified NASM Personal Trainer, Colby is excited to bring on new clients, having already successfully trained with a dozen individuals prior. Specializing in strengthening, flexibility, and athletic performance, Colby works with clients of all ages, helping them achieve their fitness goals through effective resistance training programs. Colby is passionate about guiding others to improve their strength, mobility, and overall health.

Courtney Meisberger

Courtney Meisberger
Courtney has been teaching fitness classes for over 36 years. From aerobics to indoor cycling, she’s taught it all. Although she has had to cut back on her fitness schedule because of her job as an elementary school teacher, she still teaches indoor cycling and loves it! Courtney’s classes are intense, but filled with humor and joy. She plays music spanning multiple decades, and often includes Beyonce, U2 and Beck.

Daria Brown

Daria Brown
I grew up here in Berkshire County as an athlete and have always been inspired by movement, fitness, and wellbeing. After graduating high school and receiving my cosmetology license, I completed my bachelors degree in movement science at Westfield State University in 2019, where I concentrated in sports medicine and minored in psychology with the intent to pursue a graduate field in allied health.
Prior to discovering the career path I would choose, I became a certified personal trainer which opened up more opportunities such as group fitness and nutrition. My experience as a group fitness instructor started with PureBarre, where I just so happened to come across an opening at a distant studio. Although I didn’t know exactly what barre was, I quickly fell in love with the technique and completed teacher training.
Group instruction led to me teaching a variety of fitness and movement classes and eventually obtaining my 200 hour YTT.

Emily Cohen

Emily Cohen
Emily Cohen is a certified yoga instructor who completed the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program. Her training included extensive study in teaching methodology, anatomy and physiology, philosophy, lifestyle, ethics, and practicum.
With a strong background in program development and leadership, Emily combines her deep understanding of yoga with expertise in wellness, movement, and mindfulness. Her approach emphasizes creating supportive and adaptable learning environments that meet the diverse needs of her students.

James McMahon

James McMahon
Born and raised in the Berkshires, James is a graduate of Wahconah Regional High School where he was a three-sport athlete. While pursuing a degree in graphic design at Framingham State University he dabbled in various service and retail jobs, but eventually realized his true passion was fitness. A lay-off in 2010 gave him an opportunity to pursue his passion and he spent the next 10 years taking on various roles within the fitness industry, including personal trainer, group fitness and SPIN instructor, strength & conditioning coach, a brief stint as Fitness Director at the Community Recreation Association in Dalton, and Head Track & Field Coach of his alma mater.
James has a deep appreciation for the unique diversity and natural beauty of the Berkshires, and can often be found enjoying it on a run, a bike ride or a hike on the Appalachian Trail with his wife. He finds fulfillment in helping others and his favorite part about working at Bousquet Sport is the opportunity it has given him to meet our many unique and wonderful members. He feels very welcomed by this community and considers it a pleasure to serve them on a daily basis.

Josh Lipka

Josh Lipka
Josh holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of New Hampshire. Over the past dozen years he has worked for industry leaders like Canyon Ranch, Equinox NYC, and Miraval. He holds certifications in TRX, Schwinn Cycling, kettlebells, rowing, and yoga, among others. He is currently pursuing a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist certification.
Josh is also a USA Cycling Coach and the Zwift Race Director for Virginia’s world-ranked Blue Ridge Twenty24 team. He has been a racer himself for almost twenty years. His proudest personal moment was overcoming a DVT and pulmonary embolism, and capping off a successful 2022 season with his eleventh overall team win at The Josh Billings Runaground alongside his Allen Heights Veterinary teammates.
What brings him to life is sharing his knowledge, achievements, and setbacks to help others move towards and reach their goals.

Juan Carlos Ochoa Montoya

Juan Carlos Ochoa Montoya
Juan Carlos Ochoa Montoya is a Strength and Conditioning Coach specializing in athletic performance and lifelong fitness for all levels. A graduate of Springfield College, he brings an evidence-based, hands-on approach to Bousquet Sport, emphasizing proper technique, confidence, and measurable progress.
With a background as a collegiate wrestler and combat sports athlete, plus experience training NCAA Division III athletes at Williams College, he creates individualized programs that build strength, mobility, endurance, and overall performance while pursuing his CSCS through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Lexie Bullard

Lexie Bullard
Lexie Bullard became a certified Spin instructor in 2008 with the support and encouragement of Marianna Poutasse, fellow cycling instructor and good friend. She taught classes right up to the pandemic and has just recently resumed teaching for which she is excited to motivate and energize new and seasoned riders.
When Lexie isn’t at Bousquet Sport, she is managing the food service distribution throughout New England for McCain Foods USA, a global leader of frozen potato and appetizer manufacturing. Her job keeps her busy, but she still finds time to play Pickle Ball and tennis, enjoys time with friends and hikes with her 3 golden retrievers!!
Lexie has lived in the Berkshires just shy of 25 yrs and has a teenaged daughter who plays tennis at Bousquet Sport and is also an accomplished equestrian. She is a sophomore at Lenox and plays on the Varsity tennis team. Her summers are busy spent working at the barn and showing her horse at the various regional shows.

Lillian Brown

Lillian Brown
With nearly a decade of dedicated Reformer Pilates practice, Lily is currently a STOTT Pilates instructor in training. Her deep belief in the power of Pilates to enhance mobility, strength, and performance has been shaped by both her long-term Pilates practice and her background as a collegiate athlete. Through Pilates, she has experienced firsthand how a dedicated practice supports injury prevention and builds a strong, balanced, and resilient body.
Lily brings curiosity, intention, and respect for the STOTT method’s emphasis on precision, alignment, and functional movement. She is passionate about helping others move better and train smarter, supporting clients in their own athletic pursuits while building long-term strength, resilience, and body awareness through an intelligent, accessible Pilates practice.
