With five reformer units, our small group classes foster close-knit relationships that extend beyond the studio. Work with qualified trainers to build strength through gentle, slow, sustainable workouts on various Pilates apparatuses. Learn how to use the Reformer, Trapeze Table, Wunda Chair, Barrel, and smaller props such as magic circles, foam rollers, or resistance bands.
