Life is all about ebb + flow, and so are we. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for decades, you can roll out your mat during this Free Flow stretchy yoga class. Yoga shows no judgement, it is not boring, nor is it reserved for the super spiritual meditators out there. This class exists to break the myths and keep everyone flexible, fit, and having fun.

This class helps build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, all while breaking a sweat!

Strength + Stretch 101 (Stephanie)
This class is a beginner’s guide to strength training combined with a post workout stretch. We will discuss proper form, routine and injury prevention. This class is educational, and we will show you how to master the basics. With a slower pace and a focus on the foundation of fitness you will leave feeling successful and have gained strength, balance, and confidence.

With our Strength Coach, as your coach, there are plenty of modifications to either simplify or amp up the movements to maximize results!

Intermediate yoga(Stephanie)
Intermediate Yoga is ideal for those who have been practicing for some time and are familiar with asanas. Participants should be comfortable flowing through poses and connecting breath with movement. In this class, you may be offered some challenging poses or inversions. You will learn how to tune into your own body and what it's capable of.

Once the rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check!

This is a glute focused, high intensity strength based workout. This format is engineered to put emphasis on building your most important asset. Bonus moves will increase strength and stability in the hamstring, quads and stabilizer muscles in order to protect the health of the leg. This class is appropriate for all levels and especially those looking to tone the lower half.

This class will concentrate on strengthening the core musculature. Including your abdominal muscles, back muscles and the muscles around the pelvis. In aiming to loosen up the tightness in the soft tissue and muscles, it’s important not to do too much too soon. Come and join our core strength + mobility class! We will help you improve functionality, movement patterns and restore a functional range of motion where possible.

During this moderate intensity class your instructor has the freedom to improve your fitness through play, challenges and continual movement. This class will always be different yet you will always leave with a feeling of accomplishment and covered in sweat. Expect weight training, balance work, calisthenics, plyometrics, endurance challenges while using the foam roller. Finish with a deep stretch that incorporates standing and seated positions to open and lengthen the muscles from all angles. A wonderful and important compliment to your regular exercise routine to help you stay injury and pain free.
