CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

ZUMBA – An aerobic fitness program featuring easy-to-follow dance movements inspired by various styles from around the world.
This class is designed to make you sweat and burn calories in a fun-energetic atmosphere.

YOGA – a spiritual and ascetic discipline, bringing harmony between mind and body. This class has an emphasis on breath, meditation, relaxation, elongation, and belonging for all ages.

STRENGTH + CARDIO – Supersets, drop sets, isometrics, muscle endurance are just a few training styles used for this class to give you the ultimate experience in reaching your fitness goals.

TABATA – This class will raise your metabolism and heart rate immediately. The exercises you will perform will be at a high intensity causing you to burn more calories not only during class but also, hours after you finish!

LOW IMPACT – Using a combination of mobility, stability, strength and flexibility; the class will improve your asymmetries while
stretching tight muscles and strengthening weak ones.

HIIT – High intensity body weight workouts (no equipment needed)

FULL BODY FITNESS – This class is a total-body workout appropriate for any fitness level. This class is designed to keep you engaged from start to finish. Simple and doable movements slowly evolve into a full dynamic movements. By the end of the class, you will be doing complex movement patterns, sweating, and feeling accomplished.

BUTTS + GUTS – this glute and Abdominals class will help sculpt and define your rear and give strength to your core! Yes! It’s only 30 min.

ELONGATE AND REJUVENATE – what better way to finish up a butt-kicking workout than to reward your body with a dynamic
recovery to stretch those hard working muscles.
