Code of Conduct

Bousquet Sport is committed to creating a welcoming, safe, and respectful environment for all members, guests, and staff. By entering and using Bousquet Sport, you agree to follow this Code of Conduct, which is designed to ensure an enjoyable and inclusive experience for everyone.

1.         Mutual Respect. We expect all members and guests to treat one another, as well as our staff, with respect and courtesy at all times. Discriminatory, abusive, or harassing behavior of any kind is not tolerated. This includes but is not limited to verbal, physical, or emotional harm directed at others. Please respect the diverse backgrounds, abilities, and experiences of fellow members, guests, and staff, contributing to an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued.

2.         Respect for Staff. Our staff members are here to assist you and ensure the smooth operation of Bousquet Sport. Please treat them with the same respect you would expect to receive. Any form of disrespectful or inappropriate behavior toward staff members will not be tolerated. Cooperation with staff instructions and policies is required for the safety and enjoyment of all.

3.        Facility Cleanliness and Care. The cleanliness of our facility is a shared responsibility. We ask all members and guests to clean up after themselves and make use of the provided sanitation stations. Please return equipment to its designated place after use and report any maintenance or cleanliness concerns to staff immediately. Keeping locker rooms, studios, fitness areas, and common spaces clean and organized ensures a pleasant experience for all.

4.         Check-in Requirement for Safety. For the safety and security of all members, guests, and staff, it is essential to check in at the front desk upon arrival. This ensures that we are aware of everyone on the property and can respond effectively in case of emergencies or incidents. Guests must also sign in and adhere to the same policies to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all.

5.         Safe Use of Equipment and Spaces. Use equipment only as instructed and in a safe manner. If you’re unsure how to properly use any equipment, please ask staff for guidance. Respect time limits and shared use policies for equipment, courts, and spaces to allow fair access for all members. Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment to a staff member immediately to ensure everyone’s safety. Pickleball and Tennis players must wear non-marking court shoes to ensure both player safety and to maintain the longevity of the court surfaces.

6.         Health and Well-being. For the well-being of others, please refrain from using Bousquet Sport if you are feeling unwell, experiencing symptoms of illness, or have a contagious condition. Proper gym attire, including closed-toe athletic shoes, must be worn at all times to promote a safe and hygienic environment.

7.         Personal Belongings and Conduct. Secure all personal belongings in the provided lockers. Bousquet Sport is not responsible for lost or stolen items, regardless of whether such personal property is left in a locker, vehicle, or any public or private location within or outside of Bousquet Sport. Please be mindful of noise levels and other members’ experiences, particularly in shared areas like studios and relaxation zones. Use of mobile devices should be limited in quiet areas, and taking photos or videos is prohibited unless authorized by facility management.

8.         Accountability. Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in suspension or termination of membership privileges at the discretion of management. We encourage members to report any violations of this code or concerns about Bousquet Sport to staff or management so that appropriate action can be taken.

9.         Non-Exhaustive; Amendment. This Code of Conduct is intended to convey a spirit of respect, safety, and appropriate conduct.  It does not contain an exhaustive list of behaviors which are unacceptable at Bousquet Sport.  Bousquet Sport shall have the right to update, amend, or replace this Code of Conduct in its discretion, by posting such update, amendment, or replacement on the Bousquet Sport premises and on the Bousquet Sport web portal.  Any such update, amendment, or replacement shall be binding upon all users of Bousquet Sport and shall become a part of the User Agreement.
