Pickleball Leagues

A competitive mixed ladder-style league where players sign up individually and are grouped into weekly pods of 8 players (4 men and 4 women). Each week, players will compete in four games to 15, win by 2, partnering with different opposite-gender players throughout the night. Pods are re-assigned weekly based on performance, allowing players to move up and down the ladder over the course of the season. This format creates competitive, balanced matchups while maintaining a social and dynamic league environment.

Pioneer/Challenger Schedule

• Monday Nights
• Rotating Start Times: 5:00 PM and 6:30 PM
• If you play at 5:00 PM one week, you will play at 6:30 PM the following week
• Dates: January 5th to March 2nd
• 9 weeks total, 8 weeks of play
• No play on February 16th

Premier Schedule

• Thursday Nights at 7:00 PM
• Date: January 8th to March 5th
• 9 weeks total, 8 weeks of play
• No play on February 19th

Fee

• $150 per player
• Includes court time, Franklin X-40 balls, playoffs, medals, and prizes

League Format

• Weekly pods of 8 players (4 men / 4 women)
• 4 games per night
• Games to 15, win by 2
• Switch sides at 8
• A 20-minute pacing timer will be used to keep play moving
• When the timer expires, players finish the current point and play one additional point
• Games may end in ties
• If courts are available early, players may begin their next match immediately

Standings & Ladder Movement

Standings during the regular season are based on the percentage of total points scored each week.

Additional factors include:

• Bonus points for match wins
• A small participation bonus for each week played

Players move up or down the ladder weekly based on overall point percentage. Missing a week does not significantly impact overall standings.

League Placement Details

Players do not select their flight or group. Placements will be determined as follows:

• The top 12 men and top 12 women will be placed in Premier League (Thursdays).
• The next 12 men and 12 women will be placed in Challenger League (Mondays).
• Remaining players will be placed in Pioneer League (Mondays).

Playoffs & Prizes

Playoffs will take place during the final weeks of the league, with structure determined by total participation. League champions will receive medals and a $150 Bousquet Sport gift card.

Sub List

Subs are allowed and will be coordinated through an official sub list. Because standings are based on point percentage, players may miss weeks without penalty.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available until the league begins. No refunds will be issued once league play starts.

A competitive mixed doubles league where teams sign up with their own partner and compete in structured weekly match play. Teams are placed into divisions based on combined DUPR ratings to ensure fair and balanced competition.

• 9 weeks total, 8 weeks of play
• No play on February 19th

Divisions & Skill Levels

Divisions are based on combined DUPR ratings and will be strictly enforced.

Challenger Division

• Combined DUPR under 8.0
• Players without a DUPR rating may compete in this division

League Format

• Teams sign up together and remain partners for the entire season
• 4 matches per night
• Rally scoring games to 21

Playoffs & Prizes

Playoffs will take place during the final weeks of the league, with structure determined by division size. Division champions will receive medals and a $150 Bousquet Sport gift card.

Sub List

Subs are permitted and will be coordinated through an official sub list. Subs must meet division DUPR requirements. Teams may use subs as needed throughout the season.
