Facilities Rules and Guidelines

We’re proud to provide a clean, safe, and inclusive environment for all members, guests, and staff. These guidelines are designed to ensure a positive experience for everyone who visits our club. By entering Bousquet Sport, all members and guests agree to abide by the following rules.

1. General Conduct

  • Treat all members, guests, and staff with respect and courtesy at all times.
  • Discriminatory, harassing, or abusive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
  • Language and behavior should be family-friendly and consistent with Bousquet Sport’s community values. For example, speaking and acting in a respectful, inclusive, and considerate way that is appropriate for all ages. This means avoiding profanity, offensive jokes, inappropriate topics, aggressive behavior, or anything that could make others feel uncomfortable. The goal is to create a welcoming, positive environment where children, teens, and adults all feel safe and respected.
  • Intoxicated behavior is strictly prohibited on property.
  • Smoke Free Facility, including vaping.
  • Only service animals are permitted inside the facility. No other animals shall be admitted, including emotional support animals.

2. Facility Access & Membership

  • Entry is limited to active members and registered Day Pass users.
  • All members must check in at the Front Desk upon arrival.
  • Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared.
  • Lost key tags can be replaced at the Front Desk for a small fee.
  • Bousquet Sport reserves the right to modify hours, programs, and access areas as needed and without advanced notice.

3. Day Passes User

  • Day Pass users must register at the Front Desk.
  • Members are responsible for their guests’ conduct.
  • Guest passes are valid for the day of purchase only.

4. Facility Use & Etiquette

Locker Rooms & Showers

  • Lock personal items; Bousquet Sport is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
  • Please limit time in showers and sauna/steam room to allow access for all members.
  • Appropriate attire must be worn at all times. Appropriate attire refers to wearing clothing and footwear that are safe, comfortable, and suitable for physical activity. On the fitness floor and tennis/pickleball courts, this means a shirt, pants or shorts, and proper athletic shoes must be worn at all times. This ensures safety, hygiene, and a respectful environment for all members.

Fitness Floor

  • Wipe down equipment before and after use.
  • Return weights and accessories to proper racks.
  • Be courteous—limit use of machines to 30 minutes during busy times.
  • Closed-toe athletic shoes are required.

Group Fitness & Pilates Studios

  • Pre-registration is required for all classes.
  • Arrive on time—late entry may not be permitted for safety reasons.
  • Cancel reservations at least 2 hours in advance to avoid penalties.
  • Only employed certified instructors may lead classes within our studios.

Tennis & Pickleball Courts

  • Courts must be reserved through the Front Desk or online platform.
  • Respect reservation times; vacate promptly at the end of your session.
  • Proper clean court shoes and attire are required.
  • Instruction may only be provided by Bousquet Sport–approved employees.
  • Cancel reservations at least 24 hours in advance to avoid paying the full cost of your court time or lesson.

Golf Simulators

  • Advance booking is required.
  • No outside food or beverages permitted in the facility or simulator bays.
  • Be respectful of noise levels and time limits.
  • Cancel reservations at least 24 hours in advance to avoid paying the full value of your simulator time or lesson.

5. Youth & Family Use

  • Children 12-15 years of age must be supervised by an adult at all times unless participating in a registered youth program.
  • Children under the age of 12 may participate in youth programming only.
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety and conduct of minors.
  • Youth must follow the same etiquette and dress standards as adults.
  • Children under the age of 16must use the family locker rooms located near the main locker room area.

6. Health & Safety

  • Members are expected to maintain good hygiene and refrain from attending while ill.
  • Report injuries, spills, or unsafe conditions to staff immediately.
  • Emergency exits must remain clear at all times.
  • Bousquet Sport reserves the right to close areas temporarily for maintenance, safety, or cleaning.

7. Personal Items & Lost Property

  • Use lockers for all items and valuables; overnight storage is not permitted unless in a locker rented through Bousquet Sport.
  • All lost items will be placed in the designated lost and found area. Unclaimed items will be donated after 14 days.
  • Bousquet Sport is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

8. Photography & Media

  • Recording or photography of other members without consent is prohibited.
  • Bousquet Sport reserves the right to photograph or video tape programs or events for marketing purposes.
  • Recording and photography of any kind are not permitted in the locker rooms.

9. Code of Conduct Enforcement

Failure to follow facility rules may result in:

  • Verbal or written warning
  • Temporary suspension of membership privileges
  • Termination of membership

All disciplinary actions are at the discretion of Bousquet Sport Management.
