Class Descriptions


Combine all your fitness into one fun, complete workout! In this class you will participate in 15 minutes of cardiovascular endurance, 15 minutes of strength training, 15 minutes of core work and 15 minutes of mobility.


20 minutes of cardio / 20 minutes of strength training / 20 minutes of stretching

Adult Ballet

Ballet is a beautiful, athletic art form that has been delighting audiences for centuries. It is a disciplined form of dance that strives for form while exuding elegance, grace and control. Ballet class is the study of body positions, awareness and alignment. It is a poised style of dance that incorporates the foundational techniques for many other dance forms and is suggested as a base to further dance training. Dancers will work to improve posture and flexibility.


An upper body strength-based class that combines traditional compound movement patterns like bench press, overhead press, with functional body weight and loaded movements for the ultimate upper body strength building workout.


This athletic conditioning class will include intense cardio, strength, balance, and plyometric drills, along with core work designed to improve performance in athletics as well as everyday activities. Functional fitness at its best. Athletic Conditioning is sure to challenge all who participate.


This workout will challenge all major muscle groups. You will use Body Bars and participate with exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls as you strengthen, tone and define your entire body.

candlelit yoga

Gentle, Hatha style yoga that will move slowly from asana to asana under the soft light of flickering candles, followed by 15 min of centering meditation. Bring a blanket or any props you find helpful to close your day and open the mind for the next step.


The body needs proper movement all the time. You’ll realize how much better you are when you stay mobile. In aiming to loosen up the tightness in the soft tissue and muscles, it’s important not to do too much too soon. Come and join our core strength + mobility class! This class is designed to educate and strengthen and teach awareness of your body and improve mobility gradually. We will help you improve functionality, movement patterns and restore a functional range of motion where possible.


Ride your way into ultimate fitness in this 60-minute full body workout that includes 30-minutes on the bike and 30-minutes of strength training designed to build muscular strength and stamina. After a packed 30-minute bike ride, you’ll ditch the bike, grab your sneakers and your weights and hit the floor for a sweaty strength workout. Make sure to grab your cycling shoes + sneakers in this class. No cycling shoes, no problem but sneakers is a must to safely enjoy the full class.


This class will combine drumbeats with Zumba movements! Drumming is a physically demanding, fun and simple exercise that activates many muscles with high-intensity drumming movements. You don’t have to be a drummer to do it, and you don’t even need drums. Zumba is a dance-based fitness class that uses a fusion of Latin and International rhythms with easy to follow moves. Take the “work” out of workout, by mixing dance moves for an interval-style, fitness party.

Pandora’s Box

Merriam Webster's Dictionary defines Pandora's Box as "a prolific source of troubles." During this high intensity class your instructor has the freedom to improve your fitness through play, challenges and continual movement. This class will always be different yet you will always leave with a feeling of accomplishment and covered in sweat. Expect weight training, balance work, calisthenics, plyometrics, endurance challenges and more!


Gentle Flow Yoga is geared specifically for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility.


This class is engineered to put emphasis on your greatest asset. Bonus moves during this workout will increase the strength and stability in the hamstrings, quads and stabilizer muscles in order to protect the health of the knee. This class is appropriate for all levels, especially those looking to tone the lower half and prevent injury.


Our indoor cycling classes provide you with a high energy workout that feels great and results with improved endurance and muscle strength . During a typical class riders will experience various types of terrain, such as, hills, rolling hills, tabata endurance sets and more. Simulating an outdoor ride creates an intense and fun experience.


Intermediate Yoga is ideal for those who have been practicing for some time and are familiar with asanas. Participants should be comfortable flowing through poses and connecting breath with movement. In this class, you may be offered some challenging poses or inversions. You will learn how to tune into your own body and what it's capable of.


Supersets, drop sets, isometrics, muscle endurance are just a few training styles used for this class to give you the ultimate experience in reaching your fitness goals.


This Dance School is open to all levels and will rotate through all types of Latin dance, Bachata, Salsa, Cha Cha, Merengue and Samba. This program is offered to members as a monthly subscription for $60.00. Or $20.00 per session for drop in (non-members and members). Each class will meet on Thursday’s from 630-730pm. Rev and Restore blends the intensity of indoor cycling with the spirituality of yoga. This class is the perfect blend of sweat while keeping sustainability in the body. This class will focus on strength, aerobic capability and endurance while you party to a playlist created by our yoga-cycling instructor! Plan on a boost of vitality and leave with a steady stream of endorphins. This hour long workout will incorporate 30 minutes of cycling and 30 minutes devoted to mindful stretching.


This class will focus on slower body movements while being deliberate as you move into different asanas that will challenge your strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness.


Circuit training is a fast-paced class in which you do one exercise for the allotted time and then move on to another exercise. This will give attention to all major postural muscles and trigger an ever changing heart rate. This class will activate both fast and slow twitch muscle fibers. You will be sure to sweat!


This class is inclusive for all levels and all body types and is perfect for anyone looking to improve their flexibility! We start with a range of motion warm up, for joints and muscles. We proceed to mobilize the large and small muscle groups. We will use active and passive stretching, with focus on breath and releasing tension. You may use props (bolsters, blankets, blocks, straps and tennis balls) and a variety of stretching methods to deepen your posture and flexibility, range of motion, and technique.


This class is a beginner’s guide to strength training combined with a post workout stretch. We will discuss proper form, routine and injury prevention. This class is educational, and we will show you how to master the basics. With a slower pace and a focus on the foundation of fitness you will leave feeling successful and have gained strength, balance, and confidence.

Once the rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check!


Perfect for those who want to party but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles! This class adds a special challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba® Toning Sticks (or light weights), helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged! The lightweight maraca-like Toning Sticks enhances the sense of rhythm and coordination, while toning target zones, including arms, core and lower body.

Strength + Core

Turn up the heat while building muscle, strengthening your core and having fun! Target core muscles with unique variations of familiar moves. Lengthen and strengthen your musculature and sculpt your midsection with this time efficient workout!

Fit + Flexed

This is a class created for those looking for a full-body workout incorporating interval training and strength exercises. This class is full of creative new challenges. With our Strength Coach, as your coach, there are plenty of modifications to either simplify or amp up the movements to maximize results!

Free Flow

Life is all about ebb + flow, and so are we. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for decades, you can roll out your mat during this Free Flow stretchy yoga class. Yoga shows no judgement, it is not boring, nor is it reserved for the super spiritual meditators out there. This class exists to break the myths and keep everyone flexible, fit, and having fun.
