Ethan Dean

Ethan Dean
In 2022, I became NASM CPT certified and began looking into further education.
I graduated from Monument Mountain Regional High School in 2020 where I was a student athlete. I was involved in the school’s football team and was also the captain of the swim team for my Senior year. After my high school career ended, I began to follow my passion for weight training.
I became interested in personal training through my workouts at the gym; I felt at home. My friends would approach me in the gym and ask for advice and I helped them reach their goals. I felt accomplished sharing my knowledge of weight lifting with others and began to explore the possibility of using my expertise to inspire people to join the gym.
After becoming certified, I created Ethan Dean Fitness (EDF) to reach out to a broader audience online. This is the platform for clients that are interested in online coaching and nutrition assistance. My program is based in strength and hypertrophy and can be applied to any level of fitness, from beginner to advanced.
Currently on my path to pursue bodybuilding.

While pursuing a degree in graphic design at Framingham State University he dabbled in various service and retail jobs, but eventually realized his true passion was fitness. A lay-off in 2010 gave him an opportunity to pursue his passion and he spent the next 10 years taking on various roles within the fitness industry, including personal trainer, group fitness and SPIN instructor, strength & conditioning coach, a brief stint as Fitness Director at the Community Recreation Association in Dalton, and Head Track & Field Coach of his alma mater.
James has a deep appreciation for the unique diversity and natural beauty of the Berkshires, and can often be found enjoying it on a run, a bike ride or a hike on the Appalachian Trail with his wife. He finds fulfillment in helping others and his favorite part about working at Bousquet Sport is the opportunity it has given him to meet our many unique and wonderful members. He feels very welcomed by this community and considers it a pleasure to serve them on a daily basis.
